Werner has spent the past 10 years in the South African bush after completing his studies in game ranch management and photography. Dust from almost every province has stained his boots a darker brown than the shoe polish you can buy at the shops. Conservation has become a real passion for him taking every opportunity to work behind the scenes when the guests aren’t looking for Simba. Having a camera around his neck 24/7 and dust-stained boots make him a terrible dancer only doing it as a form of self-defence.
